* Owl's Nest lodge offers fishing for Atlantic salmon.
* Owl's Nest Lodge also offers fishing for speckled trout, land locked salmon and sea run 
  brook trout.
* Speckled trout and land locked salmon can be offered at most of our lodges.
* Atlantic salmon and sea run brook trout are primarily offered at our lodge located 
  near the tidal waters of Grey River.
* Department of Fisheries and Oceans statistics indicate that over the past few years, 
  the success rate on Grey River is probably the highest of any river on the 
  Island of Newfoundland.
* The lodge located on Grey River can accommodate 12-16 guests. (There are separate
  accommodations for guides and cooks).
* You can overnight at tent camps located at more isolated sections of the Grey River.
* You can fish deep still waters with your trusty dry fly or use your wet fly in the 
  swifter waters.
* From Grey River you can hike into mountain ranges to view and photograph
  moose, caribou, birds and other wildlife.
* Daily excursions can be arranged to visit some of the remote coves and bays of the
  Southwest Coast of Newfoundland.
* For the very adventurous, arrangements can be made with local fishermen to visit the
  offshore French Islands of St. Pierre & Miquelon (overnighting if you wish).
